Terms of Service

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a public offer and defines the terms of providing secure internet connection (VPN) services by MillyVPN (the "Service").

By using the Service, you confirm your agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. The following terms are used in this Agreement:

• Service (MillyVPN) — secure internet connection service using VLESS protocol, available at millyvpn.pro and via Telegram bot @Millyload_bot.
• Site — the website millyvpn.pro.
• Bot — Telegram bot @Millyload_bot for subscription management and configurations.
• Operator — owner of MillyVPN service.
• User — person using the Service.
• Subscription — paid access period.
• Configuration — file or link for connecting to Service servers.

2. Subject

2.1. The Operator provides access to secure internet connection servers located in Frankfurt (Germany), and the User agrees to pay for the services under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. Services are provided using VLESS protocol for traffic encryption.

2.3. This Agreement comes into force upon subscription and remains in effect for the paid period.

3. Pricing

3.1. Service cost is determined by the selected plan:

• 1 month — 100 ₽
• 3 months — 270 ₽
• 6 months — 510 ₽
• 12 months — 960 ₽

3.2. All prices are in Russian Rubles. Payment is made as 100% prepayment.

3.3. The Operator may change prices. Changes do not affect already paid periods.

3.4. Longer subscription terms provide greater savings.

4. Service Access

4.1. To subscribe:

• Open Telegram bot @Millyload_bot
• Select a subscription plan
• Complete payment using available methods

4.2. After payment, you receive configuration via the bot.

4.3. Access is provided for the selected period from activation.

4.4. The Operator may suspend services if:

• Subscription expires without renewal
• User violates this Agreement
• Scheduled server maintenance (with prior notice)

4.5. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service but makes reasonable efforts to ensure stable connection.

5. Free Trial

5.1. The service provides a free 3-day trial period.

5.2. Trial is available once per Telegram user.

5.3. After the trial, access is paused until a paid subscription is purchased.

6. Refunds

6.1. Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment if:

• Configuration was not downloaded or used
• User contacted support

6.2. Otherwise, no refund is provided as the service is considered delivered.

6.3. In case of technical issues on the Operator's side, subscription may be extended for the unavailable period.

7. Obligations and Rights

7.1. The Operator undertakes to:

• Provide access to Service servers during the paid period
• Ensure User data confidentiality
• Not store connection logs or traffic content
• Provide technical support via Telegram

7.2. The User undertakes to:

• Use the Service in accordance with applicable law
• Not share configuration with third parties
• Not use the Service for illegal activities
• Pay for services on time

7.3. The User is not entitled to:

• Transfer, sell, or otherwise distribute Service access
• Use the Service for spam, malware, or illegal activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to Operator's servers

8. Liability

8.1. The Operator is not responsible for:

• Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or force majeure
• Content of User's internet traffic
• Actions of third parties, including internet providers
• Losses resulting from using or inability to use the Service

8.2. The Operator does not guarantee compatibility with all devices and operating systems.

8.3. The User bears full responsibility for their actions when using the Service and for compliance with applicable law.

9. Privacy

9.1. The Operator does not store connection logs, browsing history, or traffic content.

9.2. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All Service materials, including texts, images, software, and design are the Operator's intellectual property.

10.2. Copying, distribution, and use of materials without written permission is prohibited.

11. Term and Termination

11.1. This Agreement is valid for the paid subscription period.

11.2. User may cancel renewal at any time by not activating auto-renewal.

11.3. Operator may terminate this Agreement unilaterally in case of User violations.

12. Changes to Agreement

12.1. Operator may amend this Agreement. The new edition takes effect upon publication on the Website.

12.2. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes means agreement with the new edition.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations.

13.2. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are submitted to the court at the Operator's location.
